These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blueprint Labs (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.
- Do not use the Service to host malware, spam, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and your collaborators.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for upcoming renewal terms.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
AI features
The Service includes AI-assisted suggestions. Output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. AI credits are consumed as described in your plan.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to other users or the Service. We will give reasonable notice unless doing so would harm the Service or others.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
